Thank you for visiting Exit Speed Autosports web site. By making a purchase from this web site, you agree to be bound by all of these terms and conditions. Please read these terms and the FAQ sections.
*Disclaimer*
Many parts are for off-road use only. As with any racing activity, there are risks at performance modifications. All installations are at the customers own risk. Exit Speed Autosports holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using after market performance products. Some items listed are legal in California only for racing vehicles which may never be used upon a highway.

***When you checkout if items don't show shipping costs (you will see shipping costs will be $0.00) we will contact you with shipping charges before proceeding with your order.***
**In the event of an incorrect price listed on Exitspeedautosports.com due to typographical error, Exitspeedautosports.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.**
**Exitspeedautosports.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether or not the order has been confirmed.**
*Allow 5-10 business days for checks to clear.*
*Money Order*
1. Use Exitspeedautosports.com website and follow order process for the parts you want. When you reach the point on the order process of having a shipping and product total, please write down the total.
2. Cancel the online order process and exit, Exitspeedautosports.com
3. Email us at info@exitspeedautosports.com to let us know that you wish to send out a money order, and get further instruction from us.
4. Upon receipt of your money order, your order will be processed through our system and the parts shipped to you.
*All orders done via credit card must be shipped to the billing address of the credit card; your order will not be processed if you supply us with mismatched addresses. Shipping is non-refundable.
*Tax is added for customers within the state of Wisconsin. This means that: FOR ALL SALES OUTSIDE OF THE STATE OF WISCONSIN, USA. THERE IS NO SALES TAX.
*Shipping charges listed during checkout are only quotes and may vary from actual charges.
*Refund Policy*
No refunds on turbo kits, intercoolers, wheels, exhaust systems, downpipes, brake kits, coil over kits, special orders (ie. items not in stock, items from Japan) or electronic parts. Any opened goods, not in re-sellable condition will not be accepted. Waivers on this policy can be reviewed on an individual basis with our management staff.
*Return Policy*
No returns without a RMA (return material authorization). 20% restocking fee applies for items under $500 and 25% restocking fee applies for items over $500. A 10% cancellation fee applies to ANY cancelled order. Waivers on all fee's can be reviewed on an individual basis.
*To Return Goods*
1) E-mail our customer care staff for a return authorization number and return shipping address. No returns will be accepted at our facility without prior authorization from our staff.
2) Package in the original packing container with all instruction sheets and or warranty forms and mail back to us (NO COD's accepted)
3) Please use a carrier that offers "tracking" capabilities, such as UPS, Airborne, or Federal Express.
4) Refunds will be credited to the credit card that was used at the time of the initial order. Once we receive the returned merchandise, please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
5) Original shipping and handling is non-refundable; tax will be automatically calculated and refunded based on the amount of the return.
*BACKORDERS*
Our goal is to always provide product and merchandise to you as soon as possible. Any items out of stock will be shipped to you immediately upon receiving it from the manufacturer. Special order items please allow extra delivery time.
*DAMAGED GOODS*
All merchandise shipped from Exit Speed Autosports and its affiliates is properly packed before leaving the warehouse. Damaged shipments must be checked in the presence of the carrier driver. Lost or damaged shipment claims must be made with the carrier, Exit Speed Autosports is not responsible for the package once it leaves our possession. It is important that the original packaging materials be retained, and it is also advisable that pictures be taken of the merchandise and packaging for use with the carrier. All shortage claims must be made by the end of the next business day of receiving your product. After that time, Exit Speed Autosports will not be responsible for any shortages.
*SHIPPING POLICY*
We only ship to the 48 states via our website. Alaska and Hawaii residents must Email us for special shipping quotes. No orders will be shipped out of the United States for any reason.
We can not ship to APO, FPO or P.O. Box at this time.
